professional contestants by taking a "tortoise and the hare"
approach, sacrificing raw speed for neatness and correct form. The
Pastoral Artisan Event was held on April 28th in Chicago.
Although she finished last, our crack team of judges agreed that
her work exemplified mongering arts and a true love for cheese. A
genuine come from behind victory! Great job Team Janice!
